NCEP Releases Third Mini Guide to Promote Dialogue Among State-level Electricity Decision Makers

On October 17, 2019, the National Council on Electricity Policy (“NCEP”) announced the release of Engagement between Public Utility Commissions and State Legislatures, a new mini guide promoting communication among state-level electricity decision makers by highlighting examples of success.


This mini guide is the third in its series and was authored by National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and the National Conference of State Legislatures.


The first two mini guides, Local Government Engagement with Public Utility Commissions and State Agency Coordination During Energy-Related Emergencies, were released in July 2019.
